Parque NEK HA

A Narrative Approach to Real Estate

Our Flagship Project

a defining collaboration between Hypha and Mycelium Building, where brand, architecture, and storytelling converge into a singular creative vision.

More than a development, this project became a platform to explore the full spectrum of what branding can achieve when it moves beyond convention and into authorship.

Together, we co-created a brand language that embraces experimentation and expands across every medium. Rather than following the established formula of real estate communication(often driven by metrics, specifications, and photorealistic representations) we chose a different path.

The Brochure

For this particular piece, we intentionally stepped away from the expected, transforming the narrative of Parque Nek Ha into a story. A visual tale that invites interpretation, curiosity, and emotional engagement.

Communication Drive

This decision led to a graphic direction rooted in illustration rather than simulation. Flat, expressive visuals replaced hyper-real imagery, allowing the project to exist in a more conceptual, almost timeless dimension.

The architecture is not merely shown, it is suggested, evoked, and imagined. In doing so, the piece shifts from being a descriptive tool to an experiential one.

Materiality played an equally important role. The brochure was conceived as a lightweight, pocket-sized object, intimate, accessible, and designed to be kept close. Through the use of raw, tactile materials such as textured paper, combined with a hybrid production process of serigraphy and digital printing, we achieved a balance between craftsmanship and efficiency. The result is cost-conscious without compromising character, a rare intersection in real estate marketing.

Parque Nek Ha represents a shift in how real estate can be expressed: less as a product to be sold, and more as a story to be experienced.

Ultimately, this piece transcends its function. It is not only a vehicle for communication, but an artifact of the project’s identity, a reflection of a development that dares to think differently.
