Materias that reflects the commitment to quality and design of the developerAflora Tulum Brochure
Print remains a medium we deeply value as a natural extension of our foundation in design.
Certain levels of refinement can only be expressed through the physical: details in texture, weight, and finish that digital formats cannot replicate. Choosing print is a deliberate decision that demands precision in format, composition, ink, and production quality. It is a medium that requires intention, and we approach it accordingly.
For forward-thinking developers committed to sustainability and innovation, such as Aflora, we elevate this experience further through the use of stone paper. Beyond its soft matte finish, it introduces a tactile dimension that enhances the perception of luxury-transforming the material into something to be felt, not just seen.
Stone Paper printing
Stone paper is produced from approximately 80% calcium carbonate (crushed limestone) and 20% non-toxic high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Its
manufacturing process requires no water, no trees, and no chemical bleaching, resulting in a durable, waterproof, and environmentally responsible material. It aligns with a new standard of conscious design, where sustainability and sophistication coexist.
At this level of production, design must rise to meet the medium. For Aflora, the objective was to communicate architectural quality and vision through a refined, pre-sale narrative, using carefully curated renderings and a restrained, elegant layout. The brochure becomes more than a marketing tool; it is a cornerstone of communication in luxury real estate, an extension of the development itself.
