Set in the brand-new Region 10, the emerging heart of Tulum where the town’s authentic, grounded vibe is truly settling, the event welcomed more than 100 guests for a cozy, elegant afternoon.

Attendees were invited to explore the look and feel of our first finished villa. Every corner of the space reflects our commitment to intentional living, blending high-end design with the raw, natural beauty of the local environment. It is a space designed not just to be looked at, but to be felt: a true preview of what life will be like for the newcomers getting ready to make Tulum their permanent home.

To bring the showroom to life, Hypha Inc. curated an immersive sensory experience that celebrated nature, local talent and Mayan culture:

The Art: In one of the evening's most captivating moments, artist Cristina Ochoa presented a unique, itinerant art installation titled Che Ha.

The Spirit of Che Ha: Cristina Ochoa intervened in a villa that is still in the making, transforming the raw construction site into a magical, sacred space. The installation flooded the structure with the spirits, aromas, and energy of regional healing herbs and plants from the Mayan region, bridging the gap between ancient traditions and modern architecture.

The Soundtrack: A sophisticated, elegant DJ set by Julio Olveraprovided the perfect sonic backdrop, setting a relaxed yet celebratory mood as the sun began to dip.
The Flavors: Guests indulged in exquisite, artisanal canapés crafted by Hoja Santa Catering, offering a modern taste of local culinary traditions.
